The new ELATECH® Eagle PU offers a powerful innovation in synchronous drive systems. It’s a revolutionary upgrade to standard round-tooth belts and chain drives.
The main features of the eagle profile are:

• Up to 19dB quieter than straight tooth belts
• Self tracking
• High positioning precision
• Reduces vibrations
• No need of sprockets flanges
• Up to 98% energy efficiency

ELATECH® Eagle PU Helical Offset Tooth (H.O.T.) design merges belt and sprocket into the quietest, smoothest and one of the most compact synchronous drive packages available. The result is a continuous rolling tooth engagement that reduces vibration and improves the overall efficiency of your drive system. The pitch 5M now allows to apply these benefits also to the smaller and more compact drives were the pitch 8M was too big.
ELATECH® Eagle PU are offered in the following pitches:

• 5M NEW width: 12,5 and 25 mm (For optimized small and compact drives)
   
• 8M width: 16, 25, 32, 50 mm
  
  
• 8M HP width: 16, 25, 32, 50 mm (In case higher strength and rigidity were required)
  
  
• 14M width: 35, 52,5, 75, 105 mm
